What we do with your details.
The booking form on this site has no server behind it. It composes an email in your own mail app, addressed to us, and you press send — so nothing you type is submitted to, stored on, or logged by this website. What we hold is the email you chose to send, in an ordinary inbox, and you can have it deleted by asking.
What the form asks for
A name, a phone number, roughly where in the GTA you are, and optionally a note about your windows. Name and phone are the only two we require, because they are the only two needed to ring you back. There is no email field, no company field, and nothing that is not used to arrange the visit.
Where it goes
Into an email addressed to care@blinds-company.ca, composed in your mail app and sent by you. That means two things worth being clear about: this website never receives the data, and your own mail provider handles the message the way it handles any other email you send.
If you phone instead, we hold whatever you tell us on the call — usually a name, a number and an address for the visit.
Who sees it
The people who arrange and carry out the measure. We do not sell enquiry details, we do not rent them, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the business for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the inbox while we are arranging the visit and for as long as the job needs — a quote you might come back to, a remake, a warranty question. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no consent banner — because with nothing to consent to, a banner would be theatre. The site is static files; the only scripts on it reveal sections as you scroll and open the picture viewer.
Two things do leave the page when you use them: the link to our Google Business Profile opens Google, and the map or phone links hand off to your own apps. Those are their own privacy policies, not ours.
Your rights
Under Canada's federal private-sector privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Ring (647) 955-4401 or email care@blinds-company.ca and say so — there is no form to fill in. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada takes complaints:priv.gc.ca.
Children
We do not knowingly collect anything from children. The form exists to book a measuring appointment in a home, which is an adult arrangement.
Changes
If how the site handles data changes — for instance if the form ever gains a real server — this page changes with it, and the date below moves.
